Lauren
Office Manager

As the Office Manager, Lauren wears many hats, part organizer, part problem solver and part cheerleader. She takes pride in keeping the office running efficiently and smoothly while making sure the workplace stays positive and welcoming. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with family, whether it’s a day soaking up the sun on the boat or enjoying some salt therapy at the beaches.

Karen
Certified Dental Assistant

Karen has been with the practice for 40 years as a Dental Assistant. She attended Lake Tech in Eustis where she received her Dental Assistant Certification. She received her Radiology and Expanded duties Certification from the University of Florida. She is certified by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support. Her husband was born and raised in Leesburg. They have one son and one adorable granddaughter. Karen says she feels blessed to be part of an amazing dental team and the good rapport with the patients over the years.

Sydney
Dental Assistant

Sydney brings years of experience to our office. Originally from Kalispell, Montana , she relocated to Florida in 2020 along with her parents. Her hobbies include kayaking, going to the beach and video games.

Melissa
Registered Dental Hygienist

Melissa has been a hygienist for 21 years, she has been with the practice since 2018. She received her hygiene degree from Valencia State College. She is certified by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support. She has been married for 23 years. She and her husband have 3 daughters, Whitney, Chloe, and Emma. She enjoys boating and fishing with her family. Melissa says she is thankful for all her blessings, especially her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Chelsea
Registered Dental Hygienist

Chelsea is a registered dental hygienist who graduated from Valencia College and is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. She enjoys educating patients on the importance of preventive care and strives to create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient. A lifelong Florida resident, Chelsea loves spending time outdoors and enjoying sunny days with her family. For fun, she also enjoys line dancing.

Mikki
Registered Dental Hygienist

Mikki has been a dental hygienist for 45 years. Originally from Ohio, she has found her roots in Florida. She joined our team in 2023 and brings with her a deep passion for healthy living and patient education. Mikki loves sharing her knowledge and helping others understand the importance of maintaining great oral and overall health. Outside of the office, Mikki is incredibly talented and creative. She enjoys singing and has learned a few musical instruments. Her vibrant personality and wide range of interests make her a wonderful addition to our team.
